MSL team Development
Our team welcomes new experiences and accepts the challenge to grow. Over the past year, MSL went through several changes in business operations which required a new set of skills to be added to the team to deliver the projects. Certainly so, the team pushed their boundaries and were able to achieve the goals and expand their horizon.
Our team also has members who seek expanding their knowledge through training programs. An example is our General Manager Muhanad Alfardan who successfully completed two courses in important topics shaping our world today.
The first course is “Disruptive Strategy” from Harvard Business School where he learned about the power of disruptive innovation to create sustainable strategies.
Muhanad is now a Certified Blockchain Expert after obtaining his certificate from the Blockchain Council. He was able to grow practical knowledge in Blockchain technology and its implementation.
